THE story behind My Story

A brisk blast of wind hugged me as it brushed against my body.
​
It was a beautiful and tranquil night... the sky was filled with sparkling stars; the moon is in its full phase and all I could hear was the melody of my guitar.
​
I am sitting alone outside our house, leaning against a tree, and contemplating the enigma of the world above me. My mind was muddled with so many thoughts, that I wondered “what was out there?”
​
What mystery lurks outside the world in which I live? Is it just full of darkness? An empty space? Is it just gases and specks of dust that make it whole? … until when will we study things that we can only observe with modern telescopes? Or… is it really possible that there are other creatures out there, or possibly, people, people like us who live in a different place and reality?
I close my eyes and took a deep breath in the breeze... Then something suddenly awakes me.

A voice inside my head asks, "What can I do to satisfy myself in the face of my insatiable curiosity concerning the wonder of the universe?"
​
I allowed myself plenty of time to come up with an answer to that query. Until Days have passed, weeks were too lengthy, months became a source of anxiety, and finally, after a year of contemplation, fate effectively drove me.
​
I returned to the same place where I had first pondered that question, but this time, I am with my laptop, my earphones, and my notes along with a pen.
​
I sat down beneath the tree, raised my eyes to the sky, gazed at the moon and stars, then I smiled.
It was the same exact moment when I shifted my gaze to my laptop and began typing...'Chapter 1'
